# Partner Economics
> How the white-label and affiliate models work, with worked examples of what each pays.
Two ways to make money with RevDesk: refer clients for recurring commission, or run your own branded platform and earn a share of everything your customers spend. Here is how each model works and what the numbers look like.

## The two models
Share your link. We handle the sale, the support, and the billing. You earn 20% of every payment for 6 months.
Run RevDesk under your brand, own the client, and earn a recurring share of everything they spend. No platform fee.

## How white-label earnings work
You earn **30% of everything your customers spend**, every month, for as long as they stay. Your share is set in your partner agreement.
You carry no cost of goods. We bill your customers directly, so usage is our expense rather than a drag on your margin, and an unpaid invoice never leaves you out of pocket. Stripe processing and payout fees pass through at cost.
### Worked example
A partner with 50 customers spending an average of \$800 a month:

That is roughly \$140,000 a year at 50 customers, before your own sales and support time. Bring more customers, or sell to customers who run more volume, and the payout scales with both.

## How affiliate commission works
No platform, no billing, no support on your side. You share a link, the client signs up and pays RevDesk directly, and you earn 20% of every payment for 6 months. Clients running more agents earn you proportionally more.

## What a white-label partner runs day to day
The infrastructure is ours. Your work is the front of the business.
* **Add clients.** Create the account in your dashboard, set their price, and they connect a calendar and add business info.
* **Sell on outcomes.** Lead with "never miss a call" over "AI voice agent." Bundle it with services you already provide.
* **Support the first line.** It is your brand, so you are the first contact. We supply training, docs, and a partner Slack channel, and we escalate anything you cannot resolve.
* **Set pricing per client.** Charge different rates for different service levels. The spread over your platform rate is yours on every seat.
We collect from your clients at your price, meter usage, and pay you monthly after platform and usage costs.

## Why it tends to stick
Clients who route their phones through your platform rarely leave. It becomes infrastructure they rely on every day. That makes AI voice one of the higher-margin, lower-churn services an agency, MSP, or consultant can add. Your current clients already trust you, so they are usually the easiest first sales.
